At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, contact us immediately at sales@320coins.com. We will file an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. Track your package using the provided tracking number, and contact us if delivery takes longer than expected.
Refused or Undeliverable
If a package is returned to us as refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund minus the original shipping costs.
