At 320coins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.
Eligible Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Graded coins must remain in their original sealed holders
- Certificate of authenticity and all documentation must be included

We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions
Ship Item Back
Pack securely with RMA number visible and ship with tracking
Get Refund
Receive refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The original payment method will be credited.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For PayPal orders, refunds are processed to your PayPal account. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We're happy to facilitate exchanges for different products. To exchange an item:
Step 1: Contact us to initiate a return following the process above
Step 2: Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund
Step 3: Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
Tip: To avoid delays, we recommend waiting for your refund before placing a new order, or contact us to arrange a direct exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special order items (unless defective)
- Graded coins removed from their sealed holders
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without original packaging or documentation
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact Us Immediately
Email us at sales@320coins.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Restocking Fees
In most cases, we do not charge restocking fees. However, a 15% restocking fee may apply to:
- Bulk orders (10+ items) returned for reasons other than defect
- Special order or custom items (if return is approved)
- Items returned without prior authorization
